F3ST Invests $150K to improve safety on Lake James Canal Bridge

F3ST Board President Kenny Greene and Executive Director Shelley McKechnie presented Burke County Commissioners a check for $150,000 from the Friends of the Fonta Flora State Trail on March 16. These funds will be added to contributions from Burke County, the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail, and the NC DOT to build a new pedestrian and bike lane on the Canal Bridge at Lake James.
