F3ST Helps MTA Celebrate 20 Years of Advocacy

Trails organizations and the public gathered in Marion on Thursday, Feb 26 to help the McDowell Trails Association (MTA) celebrate 20 years of advocating for trails. The Friends of Fonta Flora team was delighted to be included. In true MTA fashion, the afternoon was filled with wonderful opportunities to share information and deepen friendships. Door prizes helped make the “Make a Date with a Trail” event a big success.  And there was cake! Congratulations, MTA! We sure appreciate your outstanding efforts to help us all enjoy the outdoors.
