Overview

The Executive Director (ED) serves as the public face, strategic leader, and chief administrator for F3ST. This position requires a passionate, energetic, and personable leader who can blend organizational management with hands-on community engagement. The ED will oversee daily operations, manage grants and financial systems, strengthen key partnerships, and chart a course for the future growth and expansion of the Fonta Flora State Trail in collaboration with the volunteer board of directors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, mission-driven, and equally comfortable in a boardroom or on a trail. They will build and nurture relationships that drive funding, awareness, and momentum for the organization’s next chapter.
